speedy teeth
I had a lesson in speed dentistry this morning. My first appointment in a very long time on my new NHS dentist. I had a check-up, a scale (no polish in the NHS) and x-rays. It came to £20. It probably took about 10mins. I’m not sure it was the most thorough check up I have ever had but all I want is for someone to tell me if there is anything drastically wrong and not charge me £60 for it. I think he is still registering NHS patients so if anyone is looking then let me know and I will tell you where to find him.
my quickest dentist experience came in at under 5 minutes, although i was seen 30 minutes late. i paid around £6 for that. i have an appointment tonight. wow, we are dentally synchronised.
5 minutes! that is slow. my dental appointments are over in under 2 minutes, and due to the lack of NHS dentist round here, it costs me nearly £20 each time.
that is if my dentist doesn’t decide i need some other expensive treatments alongside a regular checkup.
maybe its an abajab synchronisation – I was at the dentist on tuesday morning.
The whole painful experience lasted 3/4 hr and cost me £14.
this time i was in the chair for a good half hour, and the fare was £9.52 (including x-rays)
hi sarah it’s sophia. sorry this comment isn’t anything to do with dentists, i just wanted to ask you about 24. is kate from the second series in the new one because i liked her. and also, did you like the end of sex and the city? I hope i haven’t embarrassed you by making public your obviously avid interests in these tv programmes. Hope you are well. x x
ps. i’ve never paid for the dentist because i never gave back the form saying i was a student and was therefore entitled to cheaper dental costs, which puts me on the register to pay and he didn’t mention it. does this mean that in a few years i’ll get a really massive bill? i hope not.
Hi Sophia….um Kate is in the 3rd series for about 2 mins in the first episode but then she disappears so if you are buying it on DVD just to see Kate then I wouldn’t bother. There is a man in it called Chase. hmmm I can’t understand why you liked Kate?
