bike geek
Tom and I went out for a lovely meal last night. We went on our bikes and Tom treated me to detailed explanation of all the other cyclists bike lights and if they were illegal or not, and how much they go for on ebay and in the shops. He has become a bike light geek. Two weeks ago he was a cycle helmet geek. It reminds me of some of my family who talk about the amount of teeth on chain sets and what gear someone is in as they cycle by at 25mph. Tom hasn’t quite reached that stage yet.

Don’t worry Tom you have exactly the right amount of teeth on your chainset (I expect)but I have been cycling for 30 odd years and can just about tell what gear someone is in if they are going slowly. Can I just mention that Sarah is now an amazing blackberry picker and the last time she must have been having a bad day.

I think the blackberries were having a bad day the last time, and this time they were super ripe which made it easier. You were still better than me though!
