Tom Smith and I went to Weston yesterday. We liked the Omelette bar. Here is a menu selection:
Indian Omelette
Long grain rice, onions and curry
German Omelette
Bacon and Pimentos
Italian Omelette
Corned Beef, Onions and Tomatoes
CORNED BEEF! i don’t think that’s very italian.
amazing! Corned beef! But I can’t comment on corned beef as some people feel very strongly about corned beef and I have got in trouble slagging it off.
Oh I love corned beef and this has just reminded me of the corned beef omelettes I used to eat for breakfast, (yep breakfast!), in America a couple of years ago. In fact i’m going to make one for tea tonight!
