Merry Christmas from me

Jesus isn’t the only one having a birthday

You may have thought today was Christmas eve…but NO! (well yes) but more importantly it’s Tom’s birthday. I gave him mini sparklers to go with his breakfast which was mini panettone.

Happy birthday Tom!

McReligion

I love this. David Beckham apparently said “I definitely want Brooklyn to be christened, but I don’t know into what religion yet.”

Is that legal?

I just went to visit a printers. We went into the admin and production office and aside from the fact there were no windows in there which made it pretty dire, half of them had full ashtrays on their desks and there was a heavy scent of smoke in the air. I didn’t think that sort of thing happened anymore. Surely there are big health and safety implications of smoking in a printers? All that paper. Dangerous.

p*******s

I haven’t had a lot to say lately because most of what I have to talk about at the moment involves presents for people and it would be silly of me to give away my secrets here.

Despite my early planning, in the last week I have been too busy eating Roses (the sweets) and smoked salmon (the fish) to think about last minute details so all of a sudden I only have one lunchtime and one evening to make ***** **** and ********* and to **** all my ********. Stress.

By the way…it’s amazing at this time of year how none of the shops stock p****** p*****.

How far can you go in a lunch break?

One of the things I am enjoying most about my new job is being in the centre of Bristol. I am trying to do something different every day. The other day I went to Everest Base camp…

Everest

…then I managed to pop to the Antarctic..

Antarctic

You can be that adventurous too if you go to this.

Fayre enough

2004 is the year of the local Christmas Fayre. I have already been to The Cirencester Festive Market, the Clevedon Christmas Fayre and today I am going to one in Clifton Village and the Create Centre Festive Fayre. The last one is an environmental Christmas Fayre you know. I don’t feel the slightest bit christmassy yet, although that may change later when I copy Tom and make Stollen.
