terminal illness pt 2

I just ran a terminal and got this error:

*** malloc[12739]: error for object 0x91460: Incorrect checksum for freed object
- object was probably modified after being freed; break at szone_error
[Process was terminated by signal 11]

I’m paranoid now that my machine might have been rooted.. installing chkrootkit to see if it picks anything up. eek.

    turns out according to chkrootkit i haven’t been rooted. phew.
