Welcome Back Again to BT

So BT went to my flat in Brighton today and connected the telephone line. The engineer seemed confused when I spoke to him on the phone, “So we do have a BT line then”, “well yes, there is a BT point here so obviously you have a BT line”.. that’s not what customer services told me.

generally, people in call centres do not give the correct advice, and do not acre that they do not give the correct advice. i am well place to see this.

what do you mean call centres? i thought i was talking to those BT staff in palatial manor houses in the lake district.
oh well.
