that pesky cat

a cat which lives nearby (read: outside on the street) tries to enter my flat every time i go outside.
it always tries to catch you unaware, so quiet, it creeps up behind you ready to zoom through the front door as soon as you open it.
this week i was awoken early by the sound of our doorbell. the entry phone is broken, so i got dressed and ran downstairs, only to find nobody on the door step except the cat (which promptly ran inside, and i had to coax it out again, half asleep, without any shoes). i blame the cat 100%. still haven’t managed to get to grips with how it reached the buzzer though.
