Today I was pumping up the tyres on my bicycle using a £3 mini pump from tchibo. This pump is not quite capable of obtaining anything like a high pressure without an extreme amount of effort.

i made an interesting observation while working at the annual ashton court festival this weekend.
‘a selection of cheeses’ appeared on a number of larger band riders during the course of the weekend, however not a single artist actually ate any of the supplied cheese. i suggested that next year we purchase a single selection [...]
