The Sunday Times have an interesting article about declining pass rates for driving tests.
I’m glad to hear that the concensus is that it is getting harder. It turns out that, despite failing twice, I can’t be that bad, because apparently less than 30% of learners pass their test before the age of 21, and the pass rate is currently 42%.
