brainfreeze
January 31st, 2006
Today, the weather in Edinburgh is fantastic. Arthur is shrouded in mist and the crags are covered in a deep frost.
It stayed frosty all day yesterday, and I woke to a -7°C bike ride to the south of the city. This takes me down a long and continuous hill. By the time I reached the bottom, taking into account the cold air temperature combined with wind-chill factor of travelling down the hill at a not inconsiderable speed, I suffered a condition which could only be described as brainfreeze.
