Further to my last post..
I phoned First to confirm the details of my journey as the information on their web site is ambiguous. I wanted to determine:
- the fare
- if it is possible to board the bus on the busiest street for buses in Edinburgh
It should come as no surprise that the customer service rep on the phone answered both (that’s 100% of the total asked) questions incorrectly.
