The weekend before last I took myself on a brief excurtion to the Isle of Arran.
I cycled around the perimeter of the island - easily done in only a few hours. The results are here:

After a 6 week gap, I visited Bristol at the weekend.
I suffered hay fever for the first time this season
I suffered a lot of people displaying flags featuring St George’s Cross
Both have cleared up since returning to Edinburgh.
